I am a Gunditjmara/Yorta Yorta woman and I am nominating to be a Member of the First Peoples’ Assembly of Victoria because I truly believe ‘nothing about us, without us’.

I recognise and acknowledge the hard work of generations before me that got us here. Truly blood, sweat and tears — so my aspirations for treaty is that our sovereignty remains unceded throughout the process and that these negotiations leave us better off spiritually, emotionally, physically and mentally.

It’s up to us to engage and make sure it’s not trick but treaty.
